Our travel partners (resorts, hotels, etc.) pay us a commission after the completion of a trip.
It depends. If it is a simple trip to plan for an existing customer, not usually, but for new clients we do charge a nominal fee to get started on our research. Often, we have several teammates working on one fabulous trip and the planning can get very complicated. Due to Covid and travel restrictions, we have also added a trip cancellation fee. Your Travel Designer will advise you of our fee structure.
Ideally you should have a general budget in mind that you can share with us. If you have a desired location or any "must haves", please share them with us!
The KerryON Team will do their best to get you re-booked and notify the hotel or cruise that your arrival will be delayed. However, we are not responsible for acts of God and are not responsible for any additional fees charged because of these changes.
Absolutely. We work directly with our hotel partners and other activity/tour providers to make sure that your vacation includes all of your bucket list items. Note: depending on the complexity of your itinerary, there may be an extra charge for this service.
We use both AIG and Travelex. The price is generally determined by the length of your trip, location and the travelers age.
We usually recommend the Gold Policy for Our Customer’s. Many of the items below are covered by this level of policy. Since Covid, Travel Insurance costs have gone up so please make sure your Travel Designer explains what you are getting with your policy. We also suggest that you read "the fine print" on your policy. An additional charge applies for each of the travel protections selected from the list below:
