The Fine Print
Thank you for taking the time to read this important information.
By working with KerryON Travel and reading these terms, clients are accepting these terms & conditions and authorize Tafari/Coastline Travel, dba KerryON Travel to use the credit card provided herein to make payments on behalf. Client understands that credits, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of the supplier(s) and not Tafari/Coastline Travel. Client understands that Tafari/Coastline Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. Client has been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased. Tafari/Coastline Travel is limited to the amount of commission paid and the company is not responsible for the actions or inactions of suppliers, including if third-party travel supplier financially defaults. Client consents to and requests the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Tafari/Coastline Travel responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
QUOTED PRICING
Quote/option pricing is not guaranteed until KerryON Travel receives payment or credit card guarantee. If we do not receive final payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. It is difficult and sometimes not possible to provide detailed cost breakdowns for complete itineraries, but we will always do our best to inform our customers of a “ball park” figure for their trip
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT
To secure your booking, KerryON Travel requires the Client to pay for their transportation(plane, train, auto, helicopter) or any other type of transportation to your destination. If clients are using their own transportation or a different vendor for transportation, KerryON Travel just asks that you let us know so we can coordinate with others if this is a group trip. Most hotels ask for a 50% deposit and the balance paid within 30-60 days of travel. Several airlines now offer tickets that can be changed without fees or will be give a credit for the client to use within a year. These policies differ per airline and are not the policies of KerryON Travel but are the policies of said airline. Failure to cancel, re-schedule or to remit final payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your trip or journey and the Client will forfeit the entire deposit. Again, this is typically the policy of the supplier not KerryON Travel. KerryON Travel does work with a Global Air Company and is happy to quote and book flights for our clients. The current policies of said airline do still apply on tickets booked by KerryOn Travel.
TRAVEL INSURANCE and CANCELLATIONS
We suggest in the strongest way possible that all travelers purchase travel insurance for each and every trip. While you may feel some circumstances warrant leniency on cancellation penalties, it is not for KerryON Travel to make this decision. We always recommend travel insurance for this reason. All cancellations must be advised in writing. At the time of booking, you will be advised of the cancellation policy of your hotel and/or program. If a cancellation policy has not been provided to you, you are to assume the booking is non-refundable. Cancellation policies vary and are implemented by the supplier.
PASSPORTS +VISAS
A valid passport is required for all international travelers or valid drivers license for domestic travel. Your passport must be valid at least six months after your date of return to the U.S. The name on your reservation must match the name on your passport. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any additional visas are needed. It is suggested that all passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, check with the appropriate consulates of the countries being visited to determine if any visas are needed. Currently the following popular countries to visit require visas for United States citizens that in some cases MUST be organized in advance and is the sole responsibility of the traveler. KerryON Travel cannot process Visas on your behalf, though we can assist when possible. Failure to secure a Visa if needed means you will be denied boarding on your outbound international flight (please note, there are additional countries that require visas that are not included in this list):
- India (e-visa)
- Australia (e-visa)
- New Zealand (e-visa)
- China
- Bhutan
- Russia
- Cuba
- Vietnam (visa upon arrival)
- Cambodia (visa upon arrival)
- Kenya and Tanzania (visa upon arrival)
- Maldives (visa upon arrival)
- Seychelles (visa upon arrival)
Additionally, the country you’re traveling to may require proof of vaccinations. Without proper vaccinations, you may be denied entry in the country. We recommend visiting http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ to find information on health notices and recommended/required vaccinations for the countries you’ll be visiting.
COVID-19
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks to exposure to COVID-19. Furthermore, as countries begin to reopen and react to the very fluid pandemic situation, destinations may impose restrictions and requirements that could impact the course, cost and timing of your trip. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ascertain what testing requirements are in place for the destination, any airlines to be used and any supplier-directed requirements and secure test results and documentation as required by each individual destination.
